This prolific young actress was born twenty two years ago in Atlanta Georgia and with something like seventy-odd credits to her name can be regarded as Hollywood royalty. She began her career at the tender age of seven but it didn't take long for her to get noticed. Her first sinificant role was as Chelsea in The Amityville Horror (2005)
However, her first major role was that of "Hit-Girl" Mindy Macready in the teen superhero comedy Kick-Ass in 2009 (as well as its 2013 sequel)
After the success of the initial Kick-Ass, important roles seemed to follow for her in quick succession: Diary Of A Wimpy Kid (2010), Let Me In, Hick and Hugo (all in 2011). And then came the leading-title role in the 2013 re-make of Carrie
Since then she had leading roles in, among others, If I Stay (2014), The 5th Wave (2016) and, more recently, in The Miseducation Of Cameron Post (2018)
